Project 333 is a minimalist fashion challenge that invites you to dress with 33 items or less for 3 months. Not included in this number, of course, are things such as your underwear, wedding ring, sleep or exercise clothes. But everything else — and we mean everything — is boxed up and stored out of sight, so as not to tempt you to cheat.
For some, knocking down a wardrobe to 33 items might take 33 days in and of itself. But for others, reducing the clutter is a refreshing, liberating journey that clears the mind and frees the soul. While this may sound extreme, Project 333 is truly changing lives.
It all began as the brain child of Courtney Carver in 2010. Courtney has a passion for helping others simplify their lives so they can focus on the things that really matter.
“Project 333 has become more than a fashion project. What started as a simple fashion project has become a way for people to face fears, test boundaries, save money, change shopping habits and find happiness in less,” says Courtney. Don’t think you can do it?
- You can do it with a job
- You can do it with a family
- You can do it with a shopping addiction
- You can do it on a budget
- You can do it if you are a man or a woman
- You can do it if you live on the beach
- You can do it if you live in the city
- You can do it in a 4-season climate
We might also like to add that you can do it if you’re rich. There’s no reason why you need a walk-in closet simply because you can afford it! If you’re ready to give it a shot, GO TO THE WEBSITE.
